This project, designed by Archsign, was a mixed-use development consisting of Apartments, a shop and basement carparking.
Our involvement included the option of staging the permit, while resolving the long-term requirements for the completion of the project. This enabled an early commencement on site, thereby not hindering the time frame and facilitating the resolution of larger time sensitive issues.
