Ideally situated in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious leafy streets, the slope of the allotment and tree protection overlay forced us to think laterally and identify solutions to comply with the Regulations and several controls. Created by Di Bartolo Architects and completed by Alt Constructions, completed in 2022.
